In a newly formed team, you will define the vision and scope
of new HR applications and enhancements to existing systems
for this leading high street banking organisation.
You will lead requirements analysis and verification, developing
business/functional/ technical requirements using interviews,
requirements workshops, business analysis and then manage
requirements traceability and status throughout the project.
You will also establish and implement effective requirements/use
case analysis practices, continually looking to improve the
process.
Right now you could be working for a software or services
organisation or a corporate end-user in any industry sector
and you will be looking for a career opportunity where significant
investment is being made in IT on .NET, Java and mainframe
platforms. Banking experience is NOT required.
Your background should ideally include experience of either
Siebel 7, SAP or ASP.NET web applications, some demonstrable
business modelling experience, systems design using structured
techniques, requirements management tools eg Rational Rose,
Casewise etc., and an understanding of Testing cycles. Experience
of UML or CMMI would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills are a must.
