Code of Conduct

We take pride in promoting good recruitment practice in all our dealings with candidates and clients alike. We conduct our business ethically and only the highest standards of professionalism will do. All of our staff firmly adhere to the following code of conduct.

We undertake:

  • To handle any information about the client or the candidate with care and discretion and to respect the confidentiality of any information provided by either party.
  • To immediately declare any conflict of interest with clients or candidates before engaging in any assignment.
  • Not to share any candidate information (including a candidate CV) with a client without the prior consent of that candidate.
  • That no candidate CV or candidate details will be submitted to a client without netObjectives first assessing the candidate's suitability for the vacant position through face-to-face interview.
  • Not to knowingly withhold information about the client or the candidate if it may influence either party's decision regarding the appointment.
  • Once placed in a new job, we undertake not to approach any candidate with a view to inducing them to leave their current employer if a recruitment fee has been received for the introduction.
